On Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 10:08 A.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded to the 200-blk of Peachtree Circle in reference to a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival officers observed a vehicle under the carport area of the residence. The vehicle began to back up and attempted to flee. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and take the male into custody.
Further investigation revealed the male, identified as Gregernal Timothy Smith (39 years old, Warner Robins), stole a tool from the shed under the carport of the residence.
Smith was charged with Burglary -1stDegree & Giving False Name in connection with the incident.
He was later transported to the Houston County jail.
